On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and met expectations, promptly fixing a small WiFi issue. In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance to many key attractions in Brussels, offering practicality despite being close to Midi station. Dining was acceptable in preparing one for the day, but the continental buffet breakfast did not match the advertisement, showing limited variety and overpriced options like packaged cheese and salami. Facilities were not elaborated on, though the cost aligned with the basic quality presented.
