Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a warm and comfortable stay with soundproof rooms and lovely views, but the service could use some improvement. The central location offers easy access to key facilities and attractions, although dining options may not be the best value for money.
Upon arrival, the room was cold and had a poor condition with damp, damaged carpets, and a broken shower, despite offering a great view of Place de Rouppe. However, the room smelled awful with a disgusting odor. The service was a mix of rudeness and aggressiveness when I tried to have a friend visit, demanding an extra 20 euros. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and met expectations, promptly fixing a small WiFi issue. In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance to many key attractions in Brussels, offering practicality despite being close to Midi station. Dining was acceptable in preparing one for the day, but the continental buffet breakfast did not match the advertisement, showing limited variety and overpriced options like packaged cheese and salami. Facilities were not elaborated on, though the cost aligned with the basic quality presented.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the center of Brussels, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms may appear a bit shabby with stained carpet, and the beds are not the most comfortable, but as a hostel, it offers a budget-friendly option. The service varies from excellent and helpful to a bit rude at times, with mixed experiences. Dining options are adequate but might not provide the best value for money. Overall, it's a practical choice for those looking for a budget stay in a central area.
